The world holds so many beautiful and captivating things that we crave to discover, learn about and experience. Our eyes and mind are very powerful perception tools. Life is a story that can be told through pictures, videos and words.

I love to write because I enjoy recreating life’s images in people’s minds and evoking emotions in them. I enjoy inspiring humans to live fully, to love themselves, to aim for wellness, to gain new knowledge and to reach their full potential.

I was born in Minsk, Belarus. Since I was a child, I liked to write essays in school and read books. When I turned 16, I started writing poems. In 2005, a few of my poems were published in the book called “The Dnieper Waves. The International Literature Almanac.” When I turned 18, I moved to Montreal, Canada, and started studying new languages. I graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Nursing, and my career allowed me to help many people.

I have moved to Barbados for a few months, and there I was approached by The Nation Publishing Co. Limited, the leading print media house in Barbados. Since I was a blogger and a nurse, I was asked to write wellness related articles for Better Health Magazine. That was a new chapter in my writing career. Fast forward a few months, I was honoured to write for Montreal en Santé Magazine. Since 2019, I was invited to be a regular contributor to Montreal enSante magazine.

When I write my articles, I enjoy interviewing field experts and do quality research when gathering information on a topic of my assignment. I like to sprinkle my work with inspiration, humour and easy-to-read content.

 

In addition to my writing skills, I have basic knowledge of content creation, video production, photography and marketing. I created, produced and directed 2 promotional commercials for a Californian, I had several photography clients in Montreal, and I did some business consulting. My hobbies include acting, dancing,  reading books, and entrepreneurship.
